I have traversed a wide spectrum of life experiences, from starting as an office cleaner and factory worker, to transitioning into full-time administrative and business support roles while simultaneously pursuing part-time studies for both a degree and a master's degree. Alongside these endeavours, I have raised two children primarily as a single parent. Furthermore, I have navigated a career transition into Human Resources, eventually specialising in learning and organisational development.

My professional journey has included positions within various departments of the UK government, providing me with extensive experience in both the civil service and the public sector. In addition to my primary career in HR/learning and organisational development, I have a multifaceted background that includes hosting radio shows for approximately 10 years.
