to HR/Learning and Organisational Development

I am Jenny Nana Yaa Nyarko, an experienced HR, Learning and Organisational Development Consultant with over 15 years of expertise delivering measurable impact. I specialise in designing innovative, results-driven learning solutions that foster creativity, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver a strong return on investment. My experience spans corporate organisations, the civil service, and the wider public sector, where I provide strategic learning and organisational development support.

My core services include learning and organisational development consulting, coaching and mentoring, training delivery, workshop facilitation, and the use of psychometric and profiling assessment tools. Through these services, I help organisations enhance employee engagement, strengthen performance management, and support both personal and professional growth.

One of the highlights of my career was serving as Head of Learning and Talent at the House of Lords, UK Parliament.
During my six-year tenure, I led a range of strategic initiatives and received an award for designing and implementing a successful pilot personal leadership development programme.
As a motivational speaker and skilled communicator, I tailor my approach to align with individual aspirations and organisational objectives, ensuring relevance, engagement, and lasting impact.
Since 2014, I have also worked as a radio show host and currently broadcast on Rainbow Radio UK. My Sunday programme explores socio-economic topics, combining education and entertainment to inform, inspire, and contribute to broader community wellbeing.

In addition, I am an experienced event host and MC, known for bringing energy, professionalism, and audience engagement to every event I support.
Beyond my professional roles, I am a proud mother of two teenagers, which continues to shape my resilience, perspective, and commitment to lifelong growth.
